Consultations may be booked between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm Monday to Friday (last appointment 5:30 pm) and select Saturdays from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm (last appointment 12:30 pm). We are closed on Sundays and all public holidays.

We are able to provide emergency care during our open hours unless at we are at patient capacity. For emergencies, we do run off a triage based system, so we please ask that you call us first at 6295 0770 so we can determine the level of urgency and prepare needed treatments. We do not offer overnight care, so will organise for your pet to be transferred to either ARH or CVES for continued care after hours if needed.
