I first joined the Inner South Vets team as a kennel hand in January 2023, but I have known the staff for over 8 years due to my previous job as a cattery hand and dog handler/transporter for a local boarding kennel.

My real passion at work is doing my best to keep all of the boarders comfortable and making sure they feel at ease when away from their families. I love getting to see how our regular boarders arrive and settle in like it’s their second home. I have a particular soft spot for our senior boarders, aka our “golden oldies”.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing lawn bowls, photography, motorcycle riding, and growing bonsai. At home, I have a Selkirk Rex cat named Po, a Whippet named Squirrel, and a Maltese Shih Tzu pup named Betty.  Plus an aquarium of tropical fish!
